Birthday Week :: Beday 349

Seeing as my birthday falls on a Thursday this year, I have decided to celebrate Birthday Week, and just have a super fun week in which I celebrate turning 24 for seven days straight.

I am not the kind of person who usually shies away from positive attention. I enjoy being the focus of the room in most cases, which is why I spent a good chunk of my time in performing arts. (An actor must be at least a portion narcissistic in order to be on stage at all.) I adore my birthday. I love that there is a whole day meant for celebrating me.

For the first day of Birthday Week I had my family together and we ate deep dish pizza and played games and ate snacks and my brother-in-law even made me a TARDIS cake!

Here is a picture, for bragging sake.

Instead of “Happy Birthday” my sister sang “Doo wee oooo”. It was fantastic.

About Lananification

I'm a twenty-something Canadian trying to figure out what it means to be an "adult". I've recently moved to England to try to be an adult in a different country. It is just as hard. My Wanderings are travel blogs; sometimes I travel, and lots of times I write about it. My Meanderings are thoughts from this crazy, random head of mine. Songs and Reasons Why happens when I pick a song that means a lot to me, and tell you why, and then let you listen to it. In 2013 I wrote a blog every day for the whole year, minus a couple. Check those out in the BEDAY tag if you want.
